Our insistence on coffee beans starts from the origin. Whenever the coffee production season comes, we will assign a CQI-certified Q-Grader (coffee quality appraiser) to the production area to conduct on-the-spot cup testing.
The bean-making process is also personally checked by Q-Grader with rich practical experience. From bean selection, bean picking, roasting to self-developed bean blending, each link is precisely controlled, tasted delicately and carried out according to each "cupping note".
